***Please don’t give me creative credit*** This is a remake of one of my favorite street art depictions of a rose that grew from concrete. An image that is meant to portray how the hardest of circumstances and struggle tend to breed incredible human beings. Elegant and beautiful in how they view the world, and POWERFUL beyond measure with the impact they will make in it. Real Talk: If you know me, you know how strongly I believe in the need to lean into our struggles. No struggle is the the same as they come in many forms: family, financial, death, abuse, identity crises, and more. I’m not here to judge anyone’s struggle. What I will say though is the pain/anxiety/stress you feel because of your struggle is temporary. It can last a minute, a day, a year, or even more. If you give up, however, it will last forever. Stay up, y’all ❤️🌹✊🏼 Thank you @dinalids for helping me bring this to life in The Town!
